Pressure Cooker website

I use my pressure cooker about 5 times a year - and always forget what to do for certain dishes. This is a fantastic website with recipes, instructions, etc. And since I forgot to put it in my favorites and had to hunt it down again, I thought it would be wise to put it here for future reference.

    Good tip!

    I was always frightened by my Mom's pressure cooker, and so I never considered getting one.

    Sooze, great to see you here :) You're right, they can be pretty scary. The first time I used mine I was sure it would blow up and put a hole in the ceiling. So far, no children or homes have been injured in the use of our pressure cooker...
