Garlic Broccoli

this is one of our favorite side dishes:

wash and cut into bite-size pieces at least 2 heads of broccoli
mince 3 (or more if you love garlic!) cloves garlic

steam broccoli for 1 1/2 minutes - only to crisp-tender

coat a saute pan with olive oil, saute garlic until tender. Add broccoli and saute for several minutes on medium high; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
